C & J Home Inspections is the premier home inspection company in Contra Costa County. We have been trusted by many home buyers to help them make informed buying decisions.

C & J Home Inspections is a family owned and operated company.

We are fully insured and carry Error and Omissions Insurance and General Liability Insurance. Our inspector uses professional equipment and maintains at least 50 CEC's annually.

The founder of our company, Chuck Fehr, is a graduate of American Home Inspectors Training (AHIT) and he is a Certified CREIA (California Real Estate Inspection Association) CCI and ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) ACI inspector. Chuck has had over 20 years of experience in the Home Improvement Industry.

Our inspection reports conform to the CREIA Standards of Practice.

Our reports are narrative and include photographs. Our inspections are very thorough and our reports are easy to read. Our average inspections takes about 3 hours, depending on the size and condition of the home, and we can e-mail the report to you the next day. We offer flexible scheduling so that we can accommodate your schedule. Our goal is to give you peace of mind in your home buying decision.
